We’ve been doing a lot of thinking whether we should upload the project with an open source licensing or not and after a great deal of search and discussions, we decided to create a club for those members who are going to use our products in commercial projects.
joining the corporate club, will let you download all our available modules along with the TextArea class and will allow you use the files in any commercial projects. Please feel free to read more about the special commercial license and compare it with the other licenses so you will be able to decide if you really need to join the club.
My goal, as jack has described in his site, is to create a licensing model that can serve the users with the best possible solution and to give them the freedom that they would need in using the classes and also to prevent the most common frailties of open source. most users will enjoy using the TextArea and free modules with the free of charge license and those minority users which will need the special commercial license, can join the club and use the classes in their commercial projects. This will keep us motivated enough to keep the files updated.
If your use of TextArea classes and the tag modules does not require the permissions given by the Special Commercial license, you don’t need a club membership and you can download and use the TextArea class free of charge. there are some free module tags available also but some other modules require to purchase a regular or extended license.
In simple words by investing on corporate club you are able to use the platform in commercial applications/components/web sites for which multiple users are charged a usage/access/license/microtransaction fee.
To understand that you really need to join the club or not, here I created a simple table of what you might do with the DoItFlash codes and where do you need the special commercial license that is provided to you by joining the club.

In fact the rule is that if you charged your clients for using your products which used the DoItFlash codes, you need to have Special commercial license which allows you to do so and that comes ONLY by joining the club.
In fact the cost of the corporate membership is easily offset by saving your energy and costs on developing, more functionalities and powers, better performance and useful classes and assets that are useful on every project and work; You also simply supported us to move on and keep this project and movement going on.
We have categorized our corporate package costs into 3 categories according to the number of your teammates, for example if you are a group of 4 developers you must pay the one-time fee or subscription amount of which has been mentioned for the “2-10 Users” category.

How does it work?
As soon as your payment is processed (usually within a matter of seconds), you will receive an email with download links (make sure your spam filter doesn’t block e-mails from ponteha { at } gmail.com). All memberships last for 1 year except for one-time fee corporate memberships which are permanent. Annual corporate memberships automatically renew for your convenience and charge your account but can be canceled anytime.
We will also announce our important updates on our Facebook and Twitter and there will be an update page for you to update your package to the latest version for free.
